Ambitious Bees was born from a shared passion: creating events where children with special educational needs can thrive, play, and simply be themselves — right here in Hertfordshire.
As David Silvester and Jennifer Frost, we bring together professional experience, empathy, and an unwavering belief that every child deserves spaces designed with them in mind.
We're not just event organisers — we're advocates for change. We work alongside families, schools, and colleges across Hertfordshire to build a community where difference is celebrated and support is always within reach.

With over 13 years of hands-on care experience specialising in learning disability and neurodiversity, David brings deep professional knowledge and a genuine understanding of what SEN families need.
- Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Health & Social Care
- Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)
- IOSH Certificate
- 13 years' experience in learning disability & neurodiversity care

Jennifer Frost
Co-Founder
Jennifer brings creativity and heart to every event. Fully qualified in floristry and balloon art, with NHS healthcare experience and deep personal understanding of life with SEN children — she knows what makes celebrations and gatherings truly special for every family.
